Kong: King of Atlantis for the Game Boy Advance is based closely on the Kong: King of Atlantis companion movie to Kong: The Animated Series, both properties of BKN New Media Ltd. Kong: King of Atlantis incorporates the plot of the video version and adds crisp graphics, unique sounds and innovative gameplay to create the ultimate side scrolling adventure. Game Storyline: When an ancient prophecy starts to come true, the sunken city of Atlantis begins to rise. The evil Queen Reptilla plans to trick Kong into becoming her King, using him as her slave to unite the warring clans of Atlantis for her own evil gains. In a race against time, Jason must convince Kong that Queen Reptilla is evil, in the hope that together they can save the islands of Kong and Atlantis and their inhabitants. Game Features: Play as all 3 heroes: Jason, KONG, and Lua. Master each character's own unique attacks and special moves. Combat enemies, rescue allies, and find special objects in a multitude of levels within four challenging stages. Keep track of time according to the moon's position against the sun, similar to how the Eclipse represents time in the cartoon series. A vast array of music and sound effects enhances the Kong: King of Atlantis gameplay experience.
